How do I pay for my order?

We accept K-Net, and all major credit cards. All online payments are handled through our payment partner TAP, and are done so through their secure servers.

Where do you ship to?

  • We ship to most countries, but you can always contact us here to check about a certain destination.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes

When will I receive my order? What about Customs?

Orders placed before 12 PM Sunday-Thursday will be fulfilled and shipped on the same day. Shipping denotes in transit. Delivery falls within 3-5 days locally (delays due during COVID-19).  placed after 12 PM will ship the next business day (excluding public holidays).

Kuwait orders:

Once dispatched, orders should arrive between 2-5 days (due to COVID-19 delays).

*GCC Orders: 

Your package will arrive within approximately 3-7 business days to Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

*International Orders:

  • Your package will arrive within approximately 5-14 business days.
  • Tracking will be available within 23-48 hours after a shipment has been fulfilled.
  • Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Kuwait are shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis.

    DDU (delivery duty unpaid) means that you may be liable to pay local sales taxes and customs duties on arrival of our order. Where this is the case, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you.

    Please note that Seoul Kool is unable to advise on the amount that this may be and cannot accept responsibility for these costs. You can reach out to your local post office for additional information.
*We do not take responsibility for lost, missing or stolen packages, or duties and fees mandated by customs.


Refunds and Returns

We accept returns on item(s), within 30 days, that are unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

We do not accept the following returns:

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used cosmetics, makeup or beauty accessories.
  • Items bought on sale cannot be refunded.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges as items may sell out while the requested exchange is returned and processed.
